I was just given 2500 .224 bullets and 500 .308 bullets. Is there a way to identify the manufacturer for load measurements?

I don't know of any way to identify the manufacturer. As a matter of fact, projectiles purchased in some manufacturers "labeled" package, may not necessarily be manfactured by them directly, but may be from a "sub-contractor", or out sourcing agent.
To load cartridges with "un-known" projectiles, all that is needed is a good diameter measurement, and exact weight in grains.
Normally then the data to safetly load a cartridge, using that projectile, would come from the propellant manufacturer.
Naturally, you can make cast projectiles yourself, with known diameter and weight statistics, thereafter loading good safe ammunition.
