This is a great utility to thoroughly clean up temporary internet files, your browser cache and cookies from your web browser. It does a MUCH more thorough job of cleaning up your browser than you can do yourself, using the limited tools provided by Microsoft, trust me.
I've never tested it with other browsers, but I know it works great with Internet Explorer. The author's website states that it works with Netscape, Mozilla and Opera.

You can download the utility from GCF here:

Click on the link above and choose save and point it to your local drive. When you run this, you may want to click on "Options" and uncheck "cookies". By doing so, it will leave your cookies alone. If you leave it checked, then it will delete ALL your cookies. You may or may not want to do that. The rest of the default settings should be fine.
