Mauser model 1892-1893. In 6.5mm. Experimental rifle. Stock disk indicates that this may have seen some service in Sweden.

No need Mario........:p
I am thinking that maybe we should adopt the policy that Radio Stations use for their prizes..... if you win you can't play again for 3 days.......
But then part of me says we should all be able to play........ we'll just have to start calling fr8 'PROFESSOR' I guess :p .............. in the pic you posted of him he does look rather scholarly....:xxrotflmao: :xxrotflmao: :devil-smiley-1:

....he is not known in these parts by that moniker-fitting as it may be-he is known affectionately as "the Amish Hippy".....I will let him explain ......it is a fitting self declared honorable title....:D

As for the Amish Hippy, I like to work with wood, you have seen the beard and I am frequently seen wearing tye dye tshirts.
On the other part I have been layed off since October and I am a research junkie. Love a challenge to find the answer. The last 2 Mystery Mausers it has been purely by chance that I had studied up a little and recalled where I saw it to confirm it. I am researching data for one for you right now. One that I posses and can take pics of. Just want to make sure that I have all of my facts backed up first.:cool-devil:
Over on Yockey's site he once posted a trivia question "What was the most produced fighter plane of WWII." I spent 6 hours scouring the net but I finally found the answer.
Knowledge is a good thing even if most would consider it useless.

Me109? Right off the top of my head I am thinking 33,000+ made from start to finish?
By war’s end, only a few hundred Bf 109 G’s and K’s were left to face the massive Allied air fleets. Over 34,000 of Willy Messerschmitt’s fighter had been built and consumed in furtherance of Hitler’s destructive ambitions.

Am I too a weiner? :cool-smiley-1:

Ilyushin. According to Wikipedia it was in combination with the Il-10 over 36,000 were produced.
Germany-ME109#28,825-35,000, depending on your source.
US-P47#15662 (P51-15142)
Great Britain-Spitfire#18424

Truth be told I already 'knew' that 33,000ish Me109's were made but I could not remember the source. A quick google search told me what I wanted to know about the Me-109.
Thanks for sharing.
