It's a Finn Mosin, okay then eh ?

Found my second one, 1938 M28/30. Not as nice but not counterbored like my 1939- Which I haven't shot either yet. :dontknow: Just have to make some rounds in this new year, for them. I have alot of pics to shoot since the frau and I have a new dig outfit for the holidays. I'll post it soon.

Of course you may, "if you can"! We've been discussing the best way to present the forums to you, the members. Initially, we didn't want to get too many forums, and complicate things, so many of the categories were "lumped" together.

"Russian rifles", being generally "Mosins" to most collectors, would naturally include Finn's as well as Mosins from other countries. Then there are SVT's and SKS's.

I suppose for right now the "Russian Rifle" forum actually means "Russian Origin" rifle designs.

Our general plan at this time, is to allow the posts themselves to determine what is most needed.

For Instance, if Finn discussions begin to push current Russian posts off the front page, we would open a Finn section. The same is correct for the other forums.

As fast as the board is growing, I personally don't think it'll be very long before indications from you members, will guide us in the best direction.

That's an awesome find to only be your second one. Many folks have lots of other models but the 28/30's are not an easy find.
