Is anybody planning on going this weekend to the Eastman Gunshow at the North Atlanta Trade Center (NATC)?

Is the show as good as it used to be? Or has it died off somewhat?

I've not been in at least a year, perhaps longer and was wondering if it was worth the drive down.

I used to go to the shows that Eastman put on over by Ft. McPhearson {not sure of the spelling}. Those were kind of lame.

The show at the NATC used to be one of my favorites shows. I read some grumblings about some of the Eastman shows being really bad, but wasn't sure if they were referring to the one there or not.

Probably my favorite show is the one in Birmingham, AL that's put on by the Alabama Gun Collectors Association (AGCA). It's held 2-3 times per year and it's always been worth the trip, at least for me.

Maybe next time you should stop by and pick me up then? :grinning-thumbsup:

Well.........South Carolina isn't exactly on my way to Birmingham, Alabama.
If you guys ever decided to make the trip, maybe we could all meet up there.

There's a Shoney's on the Eastern side of Birmingham, as you head out of town and back toward "God's Country", that we always stop at to eat dinner before driving back home.

I'd be willing to buy dinner at Shoney's after the show. How's that?
