I copied this from AR15.com: "The Wal-Mart item number is 998418. The UPC is 2946509810. The stores just got done setting the new ammo modular (this is the layout for a particular type of good in a particular store) so if there is a shelf label for the Federal Value Pack then that store can order it. If there is no label, then that store isn't approved to order it, but it can be done. This ammo is NOT in a Wal-Mart warehouse, but comes as an "assembly item". Assembly stuff is where Wal-Mart buys a whole lot of something and then splits up the shipment between stores. These assembly orders are done roughly every 2 weeks."

As I read it, you have to see the store manager and get him/her to manually order the bullets. The item # and UPC # is posted, you'll need that!
