I just barely even know a pistol when I see one anyway, but I thought the 14had an enlarged trigger guard, and the earlier "A's" were nearly the same other than that.

The early production 14's had round trigger guard and later trigger gaurds were more oval. The 14 was produce for 20 years. Most sources put production numbers in excess of 230k.

Well, apparently they're not cheap are they? Do you realize how many pounds / linear feet of firearms I could buy with that much cash?
