From the pocket pistol collection, here's a neat and unusual design.

An Austrian OWA (Osterreichische Werke Anstalt, Vienna), 6.35m/m. This company operated between 1920 - 1925, as far as I have researched, this is the only product by this firm. The patent dates from 1920 and was granted in the name of "Staatliche Industriewerke". It is suggested by Ian Hogg and John Weeks that OWA may have simply been the former Vienna Arsenal.

It is very tiny, I have fired it, it worked and I do not know if it would be considred rare but it is only the second one I have encountered.

I kick my butt for not acquiring the first, as it was a variation that had a different safety. The safety on it was a sliding catch instead of the lever as this one has. Disappointed yes, but that will only drive the hunt for another of the different safety.
