Well this worked for me well the last time, so why not go to the well again? Anyone have any info on the CZ-52 pistols? Been wanting one for awhile and SOG just dropped their prices a bit more!:dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow: :BangHead: :BangHead:

I've had one for about ten years, now, and I use it as an over-grown plinker. It's comfortable to shoot and OK as far as accuracy goes, but is not a tack driver by any means.
Pluses:
It looks pretty cool
You don't see too many others at the range
It field strips easily, but kind of strangly
When you have it apart, it is fun to play with the roller locking mechanism
Minuses:
It's a little oddly balanced
For some reason, I don't trust the hammer drop. I don't use it
There is no slide stop release.
After emptying a magazine, you have to drop the magazine before you can pull back the slide and release it to close the action
Non-corrosive ammo can be a challenge to find
On the whole, I like it. Some features are more than a bit odd, but I can live with them since I only use it for play.
Hope this helps.

I had two, sold one to my brother who keeps it in the glove box of one of his pickups. I sold the other to a friend.......... I replaced it with a Mak which I like much more.
They are kinda fun though.

The CZ 52 is a must have for any respectable milsurp collection. I own two and they are a blast to shoot. Non-corrosive 7.62x25 ammo is avalible from Wolf, Sellier and Bellot, and Prvi Partizen ($12-16 a box) and its all pretty good stuff and the muzzle blast from these guns is worth the price of admission. Sights are typical military setup and some people have trouble with them. They are not a problem for me and even at my age (49) I can shoot these pistol accurately.

Of course you will need a Mak, Tok, Nagant and CZ82 also.
