It was a beautiful day here in South Carolina.Today I took my M-1 Garand and my scoped Mosin 91/59 project gun.It is just a pure pleasure to shoot two very accurate rifles and know that they are going to impact exactly where you aim.It allows a shooter to concentrate on important things like trigger control,breathing,proper hold and cheek weld.Everything was in the black and all clustered close around the bull.Shooting was the usual 100 yards.
I did shoot some Bulgarian heavy ball where I usually only shoot Hungarian or Albanian light ball.I just wanted to gauge difference in impact point at 100 yards.Heavy ball shoots about 10 inches higher than light ball.Once you get that down pat then allowing for point of aim is easy.
