Well now hmmm, based on sling attachments, the round section stacking hook, grasping groove stock, turned bolt handle, I'll say it's a K98AZ, Germany. Although it could be Polish war reparation or Spanish CW scrub. But this is not mutiple answer question, of course.
I have a feeling this may be a trick question. :) Germany would be to easy an answer.

well, polish rear band and german stacking hook. looks like the handguard was cut off at the rear, doesn't reach the receiver ring anymore.
i'll go with a german kar98az that was given to poland after wwI and refurbed there.
i guess it could be an early build kbk wz1898, but with the mix of parts, it'll be a potluck call :)
is the receiver in the white?
this reply was edited after i checked my notes.
y'all have a good day, Keith

Like all Polish rifles and carbines, this model is based on the Mauser system. This is officially designated the 'Polish Karabinek 1898'. Except for minor details such as the shape of the stocking and sling swivel on the underside, this is the German KAR 98. This weapon was made by PMK of Warsaw in 1926.
