After comparing some pics I found, I think that the 1st pic you posted is a model 1926, and the second is of a 1920 (from the difference in the grips). Both are beretta pocket pistols in 6.35 cal (.25).

Gotta watch them Hogs, they'll sneak up on you.

I like the 1915 pictured, has British proof and Finnish SA acceptance.

I'm new to this Forum and didn't spot Hog's correct answer (Model 1919) before posting the following.

The top pistol is a Beretta Model 1915 in 7.65mm (.32 Auto). The Model 1915 was Beretta’s first semiautomatic pistol, and was made first in 9mm Glisenti (about the same size as 9mm Parabellum but about 30% lower pressure) with the 7.65mm version added to the line shortly thereafter. There were approximately 15,670 made in 9mm Glisenti and approximately 55,700 in 7.65mm.
The bottom pistol is a Beretta Model 1919 in 6.35mm (.25 Auto). It is sometimes referred to as a Model 1920 (year introduced) or a Model 1926 (the year in which mechanical variations were made to the trigger mechanism). This was the first Beretta with a true hammerless design and a grip safety. The number on the slide should be 1919 (not 1949) and refers to the year of patent, which for most Beretta enthusiasts becomes the Model number.
