I have a S&W revolver stainless with ivory handles. It was made sometime around 1903. I think it is a 22 cal but not sure. I don't want to keep it but do not know who to contact about value if any I should sell it for.
Thanks in advanve

Hi Dan! Welcome to the forum, we're glad you found us!!

About your pistol, if it was made around 1903, it isn't stainless steel, which wasn't around back then, but more than likely nickle plated, which was very common back then and can look a lot like stainless. S&W normally stamps the caliber on the barrel, so you can verify the caliber pretty easily that way.

If you could post some pictures, it sure would help with ID'ing your pistol and giving you some idea of value. Plus, we just like looking at pictures...

Again, welcome!!
