It's always nice to be able to look at other collector's rifles whether it is to admire the weapon,be able to see a certain feature or just plain show it off.
I'd like to start a gallery of Enfields and other British rifles here so that you fine people can post pictures of either individual pieces or if you prefer the whole collection.
From time to time we will change the header for this section and you will be asked to either allow or decline use of your pictures.
So,c'mon drag out the pictures and post them.Thanks.

Well, I'm not sure if this is the specimen you want to start off with, but here goes anyway!:cool-devil:

Well, since nobody else has stepped up to the plate, I'll post another pic.....
Here is my current meager collection (was planning to suplement it today, but alas my plans fell through....)
I call this photo a Canadian, 2 Brits, and a Yank..... (sounds like the makings of a bad barroom joke, eh!) from top to bottom, Long Branch No4Mk1*, Faz No4Mk2, and Faz No5Mk1, and a Springfield M1 (ok, I know it isn't an British rifle, but heck, it was designed by a Canadian and built in "New England"... so it sort of counts....:headbanger: )
BTW, I know the quality of this pic is pretty bad. I'll try to re-take it outside on a sunny day.

Oh, and before any purists start criticizing me, I know that the bayo on the No4Mk2 is not technically correct, but I like guns with pointy things attached to them, even if it isn't technically the correct pointy thing!!
Pic's are OK. I find it impossible to take then imside due the shine.
You are off to great start. All of them are fun shooters also!

Nice Enfields guys. :grinning-thumbsup:
I second that on the inside pictures. Now I really should retake all of mine outside on a nice, sunny day. (I'm a little new to this picture taking thing)
I will be sure to include pictures taken of my recently aquired '43 Savage No.4 Mk 1* in this thread.
Cheers.

Hey No4 Mk1 you got a stubby bayonet on your M-1 Garand there.... Check this one out. It is a 10" Bowie Cut tip. ;) No offense buddy. What model bayonet is yours, if I may ask so kindly Sir?
My bayonet is a 'Nam bringback, but not brought back by me, I'm too young for Vietnam. My bayonet is marked as follows: "S.A. 1918". Flaming Bomb and all. All M-1 Bayonets were fitted for the M-1903 rifles originally and the other weapons that it could be fitted on, but they were cut down to 10" around 1943 or so.
I think Stan might know where my bayonet came form as well, but I'm not too certain here.
