I am such a :tard: Oh, well if I never ask I will never know. I'll take knowledge over saving face anyday.
I want to get my conceal and carry in MN. One problem, I have not been convicted of any violent crime, although there are some incidences that may pose an issue. My brother informed the county that he thought I was a danger to my mother, that I would shoot her. :BangHead: (he's an idiot but that's a whole other story) I have never threatened or aimed a gun at anyone, let alone my mother. Because I was on probation from a dwi and another incident had happened, they picked me up for a violation and one of the conditions is no firearms for a year.
Will any of that cause me to not be allowed a permit to carry? What is the guidlines for ability?
