I had recently seen a pressure test rifle somewhere and I happened to remember what is was....plus, the farsi on the side gave it away as a Persian M29. ;)

Well I knew it was a Mauser, but figured that with the contraption on top of it, that it had to be a prop used on the Discovery Channel series "Mythbusters"!
