Fort Casey State Park, located on Whidbey Island, about 60 miles or so north of Seattle, has two twelve-inch rifles on the disappearing mounts in place at the central battery. The emplacements, magazines, and support structures are almost identical to those on Corrigedor, which stands to reason since they were built at about the same time, 1897 or thereabouts.

The two rifles were moved to Casey from the Phillippines in the 1960s. The original guns were scrapped in the 1940s.

If you are into coastal artillery, or just like amazing views of Puget Sound, Fort Casey and its sister forts, Flagler and Warden across the Sound near Port Townsend, is a great day trip form the Seattle area.
