I just went and help do an eval on a very large gun collection for insurance purposes about a hundred miles south of my home. I was a 4-room 2700 sq ft basement that looked like a bunker.
Here are some of the rifles.
10 Swiss model 1893 (I have never seen more that 3 in one place)
6 M-1C
7 M-1D
An original Henry collection that was increditable.
A slew of Revolutionary was muskets
52 different Civil War guns (including 4 Beals Model revolvers)
3 Finnish sniper rifles (two "SA" stamped 91/30 PE guns. Note these were real, not like some of the ones in this country that have real mounts and scopes and have been put together. A Finn 39/44 with an Ajax scope.)
8 Russian sniper rifles(Russian ones were all PE and PEM guns). No PU's
This guy also had a G-43 collection of 12 rifles that all looked new.
Many more lever and Spenser rifles that would make you cry!
