I have a WWII Japanese type 38 rifle. while exploring the different features, I came upon the safety mechanism. I turned the dial 90 degrees and it popped out. I can't get the end back in, can someone help me? It is one of the older style bolts, that has the nub.

I could not follow the link, surplusrifle.com is functional but the matenance section under the Arisaka Type 38 section is broken.
Not to worry though i did find a detailed diagram and now my rifle is fixed. Thanks a lot for your time GWLindsay.
