This will be a picture essay of the Type 100, T2/Folding Bayone and T2 that was adopted for Paratrooper Service by the Japanese. The T100 has the forearm rivited to the barrel so I could not diss-assemble it. Enjoy

More pictures of taken apart Japanese Paratroopers. The T100 was rejected because the interrupted threads lock up shoot loose and there was no way to tighten it. The T2 with folding bayonet was made only two months before adoption of the T2 without the bayonet. It too was rejected and the bottom one is the one that was adopted.
