Besides guns, I'm an avid modeler of cars in 1/8 scale. I also play with real cars my current being a 1962 ford Fairlane with a 302 and 4 speed. I'm also the founder of the Glasspar Owners Association, dedicated to the preservation of Glasspar boats - www.classicglasspars.com

Married with three kids and all of my family loves to shoot. Born and raised in SOCAL currently living in peace somewhere in the Mojave Desert.

To answer your question to Jim Hauff,this site is not connected to thefirearmsforum although they are a fine bunch of people.I am one of six co-owners of this site.Just a bunch of gun guys discussing what we like..firearms.

Kewl! It just seemed strange. I had just left that site and found this one. I registered and it told me I was already registered with that password but I had never been to this site before. I actually found your site by searching on Jim's name.

So I figured it was connected sites sharing the same cookie.

I dunno, maybe I happened by this site in the past and just don't remember.

Welcome to the forum. I once owned a 17' Glasspar and had a lot of fun with it on Lake Powell back in the early 1970s.

Welcome! One of my brother's was a tanker; trained at Ft. Knox if I remember correctly in the M-60, and went on to drive Sheridans in Germany.
