I have back problems and I cannot shoot position rifle matches anymore. I have the following equipment for sale. The ususal 3 day inspection applies. Savage Model 12 single shot .308 Winchester Palma Match Rifle by Larry Racine. Has Palma stock with adjustable cheek piece and hand stop rail w/ stop. Barrel is 30” .3065” groove diameter .297” land diameter 1 in 13 twist for 155 gr Palma bullets, extra accessories including 200 rounds of brass with some of the ammo loaded, all cases neck sized only and 336 Sierra Match King 155 gr bullets. It has Mo’s Australian rear sight and globe front sight and a VXIII 6.5x20 Leupold telescope and mount. The cost of the rifle with telescope and sights new would be $4000.00 +- Asking $2000.00, only 478 rounds fired in this rifle.
Winchester Model 70 (push feed) .223 Over the course rifle 1 in 8” Kreiger barrel McMillian stock Tubb buttplate no rear sight (but I have an old International Redfield for it for an extra $50) has clip bridge, forearm rail and stop. Stock is pillar bedded. Cost to have this rifle assembled would be $1900.00 asking $900.00. The rifle has been fired 276 times.
