General C&R Stuff

I am working on some content for this forun, in the form of general information, BATFE links etc.

One of the things you'll need is a bound book. There are several that will work, this is the one I use. There are two pages, that go together a left (acquisitions), and right (dispositions). They are in XLS format.

I am in process of getting a C&R license. Sent in application last week. I cannot open XLS files as I do not have Excel on this computer. Can a bound book like a small ledger from an office supply store work for bound book requirement?

Yes it can. Brownells and a couple of other places actually sel la bound book for 3 bucks or so.

Also, If you have a fax number, I could fax you the left and right pages and you can copy them, and bind them together in a 3 ring binder or something.
