hi there,does anyone know any thing about the company of 'e schmidt & habermann.i have a sxs boxlock made by them but ive never heard of them before.any info greatly appreciated

Welcome to Gun Collector's forum.If you will google "E. Schmidt & Habermann shotgun",you will find several references to this maker.The ballpark I saw of the value of their pieces was $1800.This all depends on model and condition.YMMV.I hope this helps you.
